    Tobias H. Glucksman is a US Department of State Senior Diplomatic Fellow working with the Wilson Center’s Africa Group and researching great power competition in Africa. He recently completed a three-year assignment as Deputy Chief of Mission at the US Embassy in Antananarivo with responsibility for Madagascar and Comoros.
